All-cloth doll with pressed and oil-painted facial features, blonde impasto painted hair with stippling details framing the face, painted shaded blue eyes with thick black and red upper eyeliner, painted lashes, accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded lips, stitched ears, cotton sateen body slip over cloth body, stitch-jointed limbs with separated defined fingers and toes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (Dutch girl logo on leg) Trademark. Comments: Martha Chase, circa 1900. Value Points: wonderful large size child with artistically painted hair and facial features, antique linen romper suit, stockings, leather shoes.
