Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes with paperweight-like effect and spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth, shaded outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig, pierced ears, early composition and wooden fully-jointed body with attached ball-joints and straight wrists, wearing original (frail) rose silk dress with stitched embroidery, undergarments, knit stockings, leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S 7 H 1009 dep. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1890. Value Points: very choice quality of bisque and painting, stunningly beautiful eyes, original body and body finish.
