Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, defined white space between the pale outlined lips,blonde mohair wig, early composition and wooden six-loose- ball-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 10. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful early closed mouth child with well- defined features, original body with fine original finish.
