Description
8" (20 cm). Solid domed pale bisque head with flat-cut neck, painted facial features, large blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig, composition five-piece body with well- detailed musculature, attachment to head by means of dowel that protrudes into the neck socket of head and allows the head to swivel. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: rare model with unusual body, wonderfully preserved condition, original folklore costume.
