Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes with jewel-like effect, brown painted lashes, incised upper eyeliner, brown feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette human hair, French composition and wooden walking-style body that causes doll to turn its head from side to side. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 238 6. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful original condition of the shyly-smiling child, choice bisque, painted brows and lashes that exactly match the original wig, original French mariner costume with cotton skirt, matching knit middy and cap, undergarments, shoes, stockings.
