Description
16" (40 cm). Bisque shoulderhead with rounded facial modeling and sculpted short blonde hair with bangs topped by a sculpted pink-shaded ruffled cap trimmed with large pink bow, blue glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, old muslin stitch- jointed body with leather arms, nicely costumed. Condition: professional restoration to back shoulderplate (under costume). Marks: 990 # 4. Comments: Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1885. Value Points: rarity factors include sculpted cap and glass eyes.
