17" (45 cm). Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, small grey glass enamel inset eyes, painted lashes, dark eyeliner, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, all- wooden fully articulated poupee body with dowel- jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, thighs, and ankles, swivel waist, wearing antique peach silk gown, undergarments, leather slippers. Condition: generally excellent, finish on body quite worn. Comments: Gaultier, circa 1870. Value Points: pretty poupee with well detailed articulation of body.
