17" (45 cm). Bisque shoulderhead of adult woman with oval face and elongated throat, dark blonde hair waved away from face and captured by a black modeled and painted snood at the back of head, decorated by pink luster and pink and green painted feathers at the crown, painted facial features, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with slight smile, old muslin stitch-jointed body with leather arms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factory include unusual color of hair, fancy snood and decorations, smiling expression.
