15" (38 cm). Bisque shoulderhead of adult woman with elongated throat, blonde sculpted hair in elaborately arranged finger curls held by triple bands of royal blue ribbons, cobalt blue glass eyes, painted lashes, dark eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, modeled necklace of tiny gold beads, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms and legs, painted shoes and stockings, nicely costumed in maroon and blue gown. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1875. Value Points: rarity factors include fancy coiffure, sculpted necklace, pierced ears, and glass eyes.
