Bisque socket head, intaglio carved blue eyes with prominent black pupils, incised eyeliner, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast lips,blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany A 0 M 345. Comments: Marseille, circa 1910,from their painted eye character series. Value Points: rare little pensive-faced child has appealing expression, original body and body finish, costume appears original.
