17" (45 cm). Solid domed bisque shoulderhead, large brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig with side-coiled braids, kid gusset-jointed body, bisque lower arms, nicely costumed in antique frock, undergarments, shoes, stockings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: G.K. 38-27. Comments: Gebruder Kuhnlenz, circa 1885. Value Points: most appealing wistful expression enhanced by large eyes, delicately tinted bisque.
