All-cloth doll with stitched, pressed and oil painted hair and facial features, brown hair with curls around the face, shaped blushed ears, shaded brown eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, stitch-jointed arms, separate thumbs, disc-jointed plump legs. Condition: good, paint and finish wear overall. Marks: Kathe Kruse (right foot). Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1915. Value Points: early model Kruse with appealing expression, antique blue romper suit.
