10" (29 cm). Bisque shoulderhead with blonde sculpted hair in short boyish fashion, brushed onto the forehead, modeled ears, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, muslin body, bisque lower arms, antique military costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1880. Value Points: wonderful petite size of the character-faced doll with well-defined sculpting of hair and bright blue glass eyes.
