27" (69 cm). Bisque socket head, brown glass inset eyes, dark painted lashes, dark eyeliner, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined white space between the pale outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, early composition and wooden fully-jointed body with attached ball-joints and straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent, some body touch-up. Marks: 16. Comments: Kestner, circa 1885. Value Points: beautiful large child with very pale bisque, closed mouth, elongated mohair wig, original body, lavish antique costume.
