Description
2 1/2" (7 cm). Each has bisque swivel head with painted facial features, mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs with painted blue ankle boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1900,the dolls were advertised in Paris Etrennes catalogs of the era as "Lilliputians". Value Points: exceptional original condition, the dolls each wear perfectly preserved factory original costume of fashions of the era, and are less commonly found than similar dolls wearing nationality costumes.
