Wax-over-paper mache shoulderhead with sculpted short black hair under sculpted red hat with yellow band and black brim, black glass eyes, painted brows, closed mouth, muslin body with bellows (non-working) and wooden lower limbs with painted orange boots, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa 1860. Value Points: rare modeled hat on early paper mache boy.
