12" (31 cm). Glazed porcelain shoulderhead of lady with oval face, very elongated throat, sculpted brown curly hair with tousled curls around the face, enclosed by gilt-edged green ribbon at the back and forming a looped bun, painted facial features, brown eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, painted brows, closed mouth, muslin body, porcelain arms and legs, flat- painted shoes, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: (blue symbol). Comments: Dressel and Kister, circa 1910. Value Points: rare shoulderhead model of doll by that firm, superb detail of sculpted hair.
