Description
21" (54 cm). Reddish-golden mohair teddy with swivel head, snout nose with black embroidered nose and mouth, black shoe-button eyes, stitched ears, excelsior-filled body with jointed elongated arms, brown felt paw pads, short hip-jointed legs with very over-sized feet, brown felt paw pads, black embroidered claws. The teddy is wearing blue cotton chambray overalls embroidered "Teddy E" in red, and has antique brass teddy bear pin. Marked with Steiff metal button in ear, having block letters with underscored second F. Germany, Steiff, circa 1910. Excellent condition.
