Description
Each about 10". Each with cloth pressed and painted facial features in a comical caricature manner, with googly eyes, exaggerated painting and hair, whimsical pose on armature-shaped body, well detailed flannel, felt or cotton costume and accessories to enhance the comic image. Included is tennis player, gentleman traveler, golf caddy, gentleman celebrating the New Year, clown, doctor as sawbones, and painter. Several have original Klumpe labels. Circa 1937.
