Composition socket head, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, dark eye shadow, closed mouth with bow-shaped ruby lips, brunette human hair in original coiffure, five piece composition body. Wearing original cotton dress, undergarments, red felt double-breasted coat with brass buttons, red flannel cap with diamond pin, shoes, socks. Marked "Madame Alexander's Astro-logical Doll Aries" on paper wrist tag along with Aries info, viz. "My name is Jane, My color is Flame Red, My Flower is Buttercup, My Jewel is Diamond, My Lucky Symbol the Ram, I am a Pioneer". Alexander, circa 1938.
