Wearing red cotton romper suit with blue tie, under buckskin skirt with belt and rick-rick trim, shoes, socks, ten gallon hat. Marked "Effanbee Baby Tinyette" on doll and with original Effanbee label on red romper suit. Effanbee, circa 1935.
