13". Black cotton cloth doll with flat-dimensional facial features, painted eyes with painted side-glancing pupils, painted nostrils and mouth, grey fleecy yarn hair captured under cotton bandanna, stitch-shaped torso and limbs, right arm curved to hold baby. Wearing red cotton print dress with white cotton pinafore apron, cotton bandanna, slip, bloomers, black boots. Paper label "From Dixie-Land, Mammy-Lou, Pat. & Trade- Mark Pending." Circa 1940.
