Description

Each 10". Each is stockinette knit with soft stuffing, sewn-on body costume, painted facial features in simple line drawings featuring "O" shaped eyes and dot or thin line mouth, body posed in typical carton drawing style. Included is Kayo with banner streamer across chest, and Herby with typical red suit and cap, yellow stockings. Kayo appeared as the tough little brother of Moon Mullins in the comic strip of that name drawn by Frank Williard, begun in 1923 and extremely popular throughout the 1930's and 1940's. Circa 1935.
