17". Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing eyes, grey eyeshadow, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth, brunette mohair curls, felt body with shoulder and hip jointing. Wearing orange organdy gown with tiered ruffles on skirt and sleeves, felt applique flowers that match her wide-brimmed bonnet, carrying a bouquet of flowers, undergarment, socks, felt shoes. Marked "Made in England by Norah Wellings". Circa 1935.
