Description
18". Composition head with black painted hair in short bob, painted facial features, blue side-glancing googly eyes, painted upper lashes, freckles, closed mouth modeled in "O" expression, cloth torso and upper legs, composition arms and legs. Wearing original muslin dress and apron, pants, shoes, socks. Marked "c. 1925 M.N.S." on head, "Ella Cinders, Horsman Doll, Mfd in USA" (costume tag). Horsman, circa 1928. The 1926 film starring Colleen Moore was the inspiration for this early licensed doll.
