Description
14". Composition head, sculpted black hair with modified sideburns and forelock curl, large side- glancing googly eyes, red button nose, wide beaming smile, peach muslin body with oversized hands having four fingers, red composition oversized feet. Wearing blue nylon taffeta shirt, burgundy velvet short pants, sewn-on red and white striped stockings. The figure represents "Scrappy" from the comic cartoon drawn by Charles Heumor for The Charles Mintz Studio, circa 1935.
