Description
6" and 10". Each is all composition, the girl with socket head, blonde sculpted short curly hair, painted "O" shaped blue eyes, closed mouth, five piece body, wearing original muslin chemise; the dog painted tannish brown with large white "O" shaped eyes, white muzzle, smiling expression. Circa 1930. The Little Orphan Annie comic strip series was created in 1924,drawn by Harold Gray for the Chicago Tribune.
