Description
Each 13". Each has composition shoulder head with sculpted short bobbed hair, painted googly eyes (one is downcast, one is side-glancing, painted lashes, button nose, closed mouth with impish smile, peach muslin body with rivet-jointed limbs. One is wearing colorful and well detailed fantasy folklore costume, labeled "Made in Austria"; the other is wearing hand knit skating costume, made by Jane Withers to represent her friendship with Sonja Henie. Circa 1937.
