15". Standing model of the comic character is of cream velvet with ball-shaped head, elongated throat, elaborately stitch-shaped torso with sewn-on body costume of blue velvet middy jacket with yellow felt buttons, over-sized beak and feet of yellow oil-cloth, orange oil-cloth beak lining and undersoles, applied side-glancing eyes, cream velvet sailor cap. Circa 1935.
