Composition socket head, sculpted short brown bobbed hair with bangs, sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, short brows, button nose, closed mouth with rose-bud shaped lips, five piece composition body. Wearing cotton flowered dress with organdy sleeves, undergarments, shoes and socks, and with extra red polka-dotted dress and green metal steamer trunk. Marked "Effanbee Patsy-Ann c. Pat.#1283558.
