15". All muslin doll with black plastic eyes over white painted circles, diamond shaped nose, bold eye dots, symmetrical nose and mouth, synthetic red wig, stitch-jointed shoulders and hips, sewn-on red and white striped stockings, black shoes, with "I Love You" on chest. Wearing red and white checkered shirt, blue pants, blue bow tie, sailor hat. Marked with Knickerbocker cloth label and Myrtle Gruelle renewal 1940-1955. Circa 1965.
