Description
5 1/2". One piece composition head and torso, sculpted short brown bobbed hair with bangs, painted large blue eyes, closed mouth, slender torso, jointed arms and legs, painted white socks and black shoes. Wearing original green organdy gown with matching underslip and panties, green woven hat with red streamers, and having original pin "Colleen Moore Fairy Princess". Marked "Effanbee Wee Patsy" on doll. Effanbee, circa 1935.
