10" and 15". Larger has composition head with painted facial features, blue eyes, closed mouth, brunette mohair wig, muslin firmly stuffed body, wearing well-detailed folklore style costume; smaller doll has celluloid head with sculpted hair and painted facial features, pouty expression, muslin jointed body, celluloid hands, wearing original Tyrolean style costume. Marked "A 449 M Germany" (larger) and "(turtlemark) Germany No. 2 26" on smaller boy along with paper tag "Nurnberger Kunstlerpuppe" and pencil labeled "Toni". Circa 1935.
