Description
Within a wooden frame, under glass, is a dimensional die-cut portraying a black man with checkered shirt, single suspender, and cap. His eyes sockets are cut out, with open, closed and side-glancing eyes placed inside. Original paper label on reverse describes the work at "Hoyt Life Picture", claims patents achieved in United States, Germany, France and Great Britain, and that to view the action more effectively one should not stand too close.
