Bisque "One Shoe Off, One Shoe On"

Each 12" (30 cm). Each is one-piece all-bisque figure of young baby with sculpted brown or gray hair, painted facial features with closed mouth modeled as though open and laughing, two beaded lower teeth, modeled smock with beaded decorations, standing on green mound. One is holding a book, and has one bare foot and one stockinged foot; the other has brown shoe and stocking on one foot, and a sock, half-pulled off, on the left foot, while he holds his brown shoe in his hands. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1910.
