Ebony black-complexioned bisque socket head, dark brown glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with richly shaded coral lips, black fleeced hair, black-complexioned composition and wooden fully jointed body, antique costume comprising black velvet pants, maroon velvet jacket, black velvet hat with metallic trim and feathers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Paris Bebe 4 (incised). Comments: Danel & Cie, circa 1890. Value Points: rare to find model with incised Paris Bebe markings, with superbly rendered ebony black complexion.
