19" (48 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, open mouth, outlined lips, square cut teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, early composition and wooden eight-loose-ball- jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 10. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful early child doll with long- faced modeling, deeply impressed philtrum and dimples, original wig, body, body finish, antique costume.
