Composition socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lower lashes, dark eyeshadow, single stroke brows, closed mouth, rosebud-shaped lips, brunette human hair, two- part torso with swivel waist, jointed composition arms and legs. Condition: very good, split under each eye. Marks: Wendy Ann Mme. Alexander New York (doll). Comments: Alexander, circa 1940. Value Points: the doll wears her original tagged cream and peach organdy dress, matching petticoat, panties, shoes and socks, carries original Alexander postcard dated 1938 and has original box.
