21" (53 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, blonde brushstroked baby hair with sculpted forelock curl, blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, outlined shaded lips, two porcelain upper teeth, composition bent limb baby body, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Hilda C.JDK Jr made in Germany 16. Comments: Kestner, circa 1914. Value Points: beautiful gentle expression is enhanced by finest matte bisque.
