Description
15"l (38 cm). 10" circ (25 cm). Solid domed bisque head with flanged neck, brown tinted tightly curled baby hair, blue glass sleep eyes, tinted baby brows, lightly painted lashes, open mouth with shaded lips and impressed smile, tongue, two porcelain lower teeth, muslin torso and upper limbs, composition lower arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: copr by Georgene Averill 1005/3652/2 Germany. Comments: designed by Georgene Averill for K&K, produced in Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: very fine quality of bisque and sculpting, original body, original costume with original cloth label "Bonnie Babe".
