18" (46 cm). Poured wax shoulderhead turned slightly to the side, blue glass enamel inset eyes, lightly tinted brows, closed mouth with accented lips,blonde mohair inserted into scalp, original softly stuffed muslin body, poured wax lower limbs, antique (frail) silk dress, undergarments, pinafore. Condition: good. Marks: P. Bowden 12 Soho Bazaar (torso label). Comments: circa 1880,originally sold in the London shop of Bowden. Value Points: a sweet- faced wax doll with rare boutique label.
