Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue painted side- glancing eyes, white eyedots, painted upper lashes, blue eyeshadow, fringed brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig, muslin torso, felt jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Made in England by Norah Wellings (tag on wrist). Condition: generally excellent, some fading on blue felt coat. Comments: Norah Wellings, circa 1930. Value Points: rare larger size doll by this company in fine unplayed with condition, original costume comprising blue plaid cotton romper suit with belt, blue felt cap and coat, blue knit stocks and black shoes.
