Bisque socket head, shaded blue upper glancing eyes, black pupils, black and red upper eyeliner with lightly fringed lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips,blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 179 (head) Made in Germany (red stamp on body). Comments: Kestner, circa 1912. Value Points: rare model has very expressive features and finest quality of bisque and painting, original body and body finish.
