A firm-sided box with royal blue paper covers, trimmed with gilt medallions and gilt lettering "Jeux", hinges open to reveal an exceptional arrangement of board games and small boxed games, all superbly preserved in their original glass-fronted gilt-edged compartments. Excellent condition. French, circa 1890.
