14" (35 cm). Wax-over-paper mache shoulderhead of plump-faced girl, blue glass sleep eyes, feathered brows, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig, muslin body, paper mache lower limbs, painted stockings and boots. Condition: very good, typical light lines on wax, boots reglued at ankles. Comments: circa 1875. Value Points: the appealing doll has original elaborately coiffed wig and blue ribbons, original gown and undergarments, necklace and earrings.
