32" (81 cm). Bisque socket head, blue glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner encircles the eye sockets, slightly modeled and brushstroked brows with decorative glaze, painted lashes, accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, four porcelain teeth, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: M 1/2 Made in Germany 16 1/2 164 (head) Excelsior (red stamp on body). Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: superb unplayed with condition, original body with original finish, original wig and pate, very fine antique multi-layered whitewear costume and bonnet.
