Description
11" (28 cm). Bisque socket head with brightly painted complexion, blue glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, four teeth, brunette human hair, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 71 Unis France 149 301 (head) 2 (bottom of feet). Comments: Unis France, possibly Bleuette, circa 1940. Value Points: in fine unplayed with condition, the little girl wears modish costume of the era, with original shoes, socks, peach undergarments, and has original cotton dress with undergarments, cotton pajamas, and peach coat and bonnet, original wig, body, body finish.
