Description
4" (10 cm) including dress. A black bottle nipple is costumed to appear as black nanny with the nipple top as the doll head, unpainted facial features, the doll wears antique checkered gingham dress and cap, white organdy apron, and carries two cloth white babies with long organdy dolls and simplistically painted faces. Excellent condition. Early 20th century.
