9" x 7 1/2" box (23 x 19 cm),7" doll (18 cm). A wooden box with decorative paper covers hinges open to reveal well-fitted interior comprising a group of sewing accessories, threads, box with lithographs of children playing containing little buttons and pins, little bolts of cotton fabrics, and a small bisque doll with glass sleep eyes, open mouth, blonde mohair wig, five-piece paper mache body, painted stockings and shoes, cotton dress, signed K*R 15. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: for the French market, circa 1910. Value Points: beautifully fitted sewing ménage in fine unplayed with condition.
