Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, widely feathered brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Phenix (red stamp) *90 (incised, head) Le Petit Parisien Bebe Steiner (body). Comments: Steiner, circa 1892. Value Points: unusual size of Phenix Star bebe has expressive wide-eyed look, choice bisque, original body and body finish, antique French sailor costume and cap.
